This heart pendant necklace is made out of wire of your choice of metal which I have hand formed into a heart shape and partially forged (flattened) to add interest. 6 stones of your choice of genuine birthstones (4x2mm) suspend from fine sterling wire which goes across the heart frame. The stones will move freely on the wire!
