Processing Time

All pieces are made to order. Please allow 7 ~12 days (from the day of a cleared payment) to create your jewelry. Larger wholesale and bridal orders may require a longer lead time; please inquire. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your jewelry is shipped. Please add contact@muyinjewelry.com to your address book or check your spam settings to ensure you receive the email notification.

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide with USPS (United States Postal Services). Transit time varies depending on the location and the shipping method you select. Keep in mind that transit time is in addition to processing time. A rush order fee is required for guaranteed delivery within two weeks. Please inquire prior to purchase.

International customers: please check your customs regulations before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for customs duties.

Packaging

Your jewelry will be shipped in a bubble mailer and a small jewelry box, ready for gifting.

We provide gift wrap service and direct shipping to the gift recipient!

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the jewelry. Please contact me if you would like a refund or exchange. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.

NOTE: Custom orders (including all mothers' birthstone jewelry) are not refundable.


- Custom Sized Rings

Our wire-wrapped rings are NOT resizable. If you ordered the wrong size and need to return the ring, a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Please check with a local jeweler to make sure you have the correct size before ordering.

- Colors

Every effort is made to ensure the images are as realistic as possible. I photograph my jewelry under natural daylight without added lighting and try to edit my pictures as little as necessary. I also compare colors on at least two different computer monitors. While I try my best to depict and describe the colors of my pearls and gemstones, please understand that the colors you see may vary slightly due to your monitor's settings.
