Q: How soon do you ship out the jewelry?

A: Everything is made to order and usually takes 7~12 days to create. Rush orders are available at checkout for an additional charge.

 

Q: What shipping methods do you use? 

A: We use USPS as our shipping provider. You will be able to select the shipping method that suits your time frame. Please note transit time is IN ADDITION to processing time.

 

Q: Do you ship to Europe?

A: Due to complicated VAT requirements, we no longer ship to the EU and Britain.

First Class Mail: 2 days ~ 2 weeks

Priority Mail: 2 days ~ 7 days

Priority Express Mail: 1 ~ 3 days

 

International customers -

** Please note: international transit time varies depending on the speed and reliability of your postal services and customs. These are totally beyond my control.

First Class mail: 2 weeks ~ 6 weeks

Priority:5 days ~ 6 weeks

Express Mail: 3 days ~ 3 weeks

 

Q: How much do you charge for shipping? 

A: I charge flat-rate shipping regardless of the number of pieces you order. Simply add items to the cart, click the little gray "view cart" link at the very top of the page, and you will see the "estimate shipping & tax" link in your cart, right above the black "Proceed to Checkout" button. Click the link, enter your location, and the shipping calculator will determine the shipping cost for you.

Q: How do I know if my order has been shipped? 

A: You will receive a shipping notification when your order is shipped. Please check your email settings to make sure the notification is not sent to the spam box. You can also check your order status in your account. All US orders include tracking info.

Q: I need the jewelry very urgently. Do you do rush orders? 

A: We sure do. See various rush order options at checkout.
