Keep in mind ALL jewelry pieces are made to order and usually take 7~12 days to create* unless a rush order option is selected at checkout.
We are a micro business. In order to serve customers more efficiently, phone calls are usually not answered. Having said this, we do have a phone number (8435645378) for customers who prefer calling than emailing.
If you are a customer, please leave a voicemail or try email instead. We always call back. Emails are responded throughout the week, and usually faster than phone calls. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, please try to reach out again, as your email/voicemail may have slipped through the crack. (this happens more often than you think!)
If you are a telemarketer, save yourself some time - we do not run ads and have zero marketing budget. We are also not interested in SEO help, web design help, packaging or jewelry supplies. Your voicemail will be deleted and your email will be reported as spam.
